Muchos desconocen de las contribuciones científicas de numerosos destacados cubanos a través de la historia. Gracias a sus investigaciones y devoción a las ciencias, muchos de estos cubanos han salvado vidas, identificado nuevas especies de flora y fauna, y han contribuido al conocimiento humano. Nos enorgullece recordar a figuras como Tomás Romay, Felipe Poey, Carlos J. Finlay, Carlos de la Torre, Isabel Pérez Farfante y muchos otros el pueblo cubano y el mundo entero les debe su agradecimiento.

Celebrating Science in Cuba

Many are unaware of the scientific contributions made by numerous prominent Cubans throughout history. Thanks to their research and dedication to science, many of these Cubans have saved lives, identified new species of flora and fauna, and contributed to human knowledge. We are proud to remember figures such as Tomás Romay, Felipe Poey, Carlos J. Finlay, Carlos de la Torre, Isabel Pérez Farfante, and many others to whom the Cuban people and the whole world owe a debt of gratitude.
